Delivery Date For Your Order

All fudge is made to order, using no preservatives, therefore, we recommend that you schedule delivery for no more than 14 days prior to your event.
During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your delivery date. For all items we ask that your order is placed at least 14 days in advance of your delivery date where possible (express orders may be taken and may incur a surcharge, please contact us via email with your requirements and we will supply you with a quotation).
Please also note that personalised insert cards require a minimum of 28 days notice.
We recommend that for delivery dates between June and August, orders are placed well in advance.

Delivery Of Your Favours

Your favours will be packaged into a sturdy cardboard postal box and protected with bubble wrap where necessary. We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for the delivery of all items, using registered delivery and cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Collection Of Favours

We are based in Leicestershire and arrangements can be made to collect orders. Please pay for your order as normal, we will refund the postage cost to you later.

Delivery Charges

Delvery charges are based on Royal Mail/Parcel Force rates and are determined by the weight of your order.

Payment For Your Order

Full payment is required at the time of ordering via Paypal. Alternatively, we will accept payments by cheque, please place your order via the website selecting the pay by cheque option on the order form - orders will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
50% of your total order cost will be taken as a non-refundabe deposit.

Cancellation Of Your Order

Orders may be cancelled with a minimum of 28 days notice from your delivery date. Deposits will not be returned.

Storage Tips For Your Fudge Favours

Our homemade fudge is best consumed within 2 weeks of you receiving your order. We recommend that you store your fudge in a cool, dry place. Fudge can be stored for up to 2 months in a refridgerator.
