A Christmas Wedding

We have just received the chocolate wedding favours that you have provided for our wedding later on this month.  I must confess that I ordered a few more favours than we will actually need for our big day, a week on Saturday, and so myself and James sat this evening and tasted your delicious homemade chocolates – we just couldn’t resist.  And, like your website says, they were ‘Truley Scrumptious’!

In the end we opted for a mix of favours because we just couldn’t decide what to go for, so we had; 10 ‘Love Tiffin Favours‘, 10 ‘Truffle Heaven Favours‘ and 10 ‘Divine Trio Favours‘.  Like you my personal favourites were the Divine Trio chocolates – the coconut ice brings so many memories of my childhood flooding back as I used to love this as a young girl.  Now I’m going to be the blushing bride and it will just add that special touch to our wedding day.  I think that James preferred the Truffel Heaven chocolates, my guess is that this was due to the alcohol content that these truffels contain – they were simply divine.

And the packaging too, looks wonderful, I’m so glad we pushed the boat out and went for the option of the organza bags, they realy do finish off your creative, edible gift.  Thanks also for adding our personalised message into each wedding favour package, I just know that it will raise a smile on each and every one of our guests faces.

And so, the clock is now ticking down to our wedding day, I honestly cannot wait.  Everything is pretty much in place and ready, so fingers crossed it will all go smoothly on the day – I know it is going to be so perfect, everything I have ever dreamt of. When it is all over I’ll drop you a line to tell you how it went and of course I will be telling all of my friends that when they tie the knot they should get in touch with CandyStripe Favours.

All that remains, now that James has gone to work, is for me to open that final ‘spare’ packet of ‘Divine Trio Favours‘ and savour every last mouthful, I hope I can resist temptation and don’t go and eat the lot before the big day!!!
